Very Bad, and Can’t Unsubscribe

The app will not load half the time. When it does load, it freezes on a load screen and does nothing. When uninstalling and re-adding, it functions the first time, but does not allow me to remove the auto renew subscription that it keeps billing me. I’ve requested refund and feedback from iTunes, but no word yet. FCC is hearing from me asap if I don’t get this resolved and my money back.
