Whats up with current subscriptions?

I have been a subscriber to this magazine for about 8 years and received an email that it was now available for download. Each time I click "restore purchases" I get taken to Itunes login. Im going around in circles. My subscription has been identified, my account number has been identified, yet I cannot download. I also subscribe to Honolulu magazine and get my automatic downloads each month without a hassle. I think that the developers had better work a solution to this, else Hawaii Magazine will lose a long-time subscriber.
